Canadian Tire

I went two the Canadian Tire, at 70 Rue Simonds N, Granby, QC J2J 2L1 about two months ago for an oil change and coolant flush, few days ago I started to experience a radiator failure and my cooling system rubbers all expanded, I went to my mechanics to check it out, and they told me two things first the wrong colant grade was used for my cooling system and the level was extremely because it started to react with the rubber of my cooling system,
I called canadian tire and they confirmed they used a standard premix for my car, but my car is a european bmw, so all this can affect my engine on the short term, so I would like to file a complaint. my email is [protected]@gmail.com
