Canadian Tire

as i am a loyal customer of canadian tires, i always buy my products and repair my car at Canadian tires (canadian tires Marché Central) but when i just bought summer tires, i wanted to start my storage at Canadian tires as i'm always reparing my car there but I am surprised that the manager refuses to do so on the pretext that I am not a customer of canadian tires.
I am shocked by this behavior to a loyal customer, they also have all my car's reparation status on the system to confirm that i'm always bringing my car to them without counting the products that i'm always preferring to buy from Canadian tires than any other place.
