I only receive internet services from Optimum. The way my bill looks you would think that I have all three services. I am a disabled woman with a teenage son. I was treated poorly over the phone by Amad and then again got no results from Shahd. I made a payment a couple of weeks ago and now they want me to pay an additional 100 dollars no exception. I can never catch up because the fees you charge for being late are just the same as adding another bill on. Unfortunately my services will be interrupted by morning so I am in search of another provider. I like the service but the fees and the poor customer service is why I will seek another provider. Thank you.
Recommendation: If you want poor customer service and no results try optimum
