we booked a car thought cartrawler website, they are in relation with Sicily by car at Vienna airport ( total amount was 118,90€ including insurance and unlimited mileage).
They ask my sons to pay 499€ of caution and 239 for taxes ! The first car had an engine problem ! they took an other car .
Our sons wasn't awar( it's not written in cartrawler contract) that we have to contact the website and not dealing with Sicily by car .
Cartrawler told us that it's not their problem now as they paid and sign something at the airport ! Nothing is written that we have to get in touch with them in case of a problem or exchange it car.
the caution asked was a lot higher than the one written on the contrat and border crossing fees to.
Now I have to contact Sicily by car, who's on answering machin
they a bunch of crooks .
