I did not schedule an appointment to return my equipment, so I was a walk-in and had to register. I was number 13, and we waited to return the equipment as I have closed my business. There were seven people working the customer service stations out of a possible 8. We waited over half an hour to return the equipment. There was no line just to return equipment. One customer service representative, Justin, was getting the job done, and I was the fourth one that he took care of when my name was announced. However, the other staff members were extremely slow. One still had the customer there with them when I came in. Justin did a great job, and even though I waited over 30 minutes, he had me on my way in less than five. Great job, Justin. Truly a great customer service rep. The rest were dragging their feet or did not know their job. I commend this young man, Justin; he knows his job and does it well. By my count, he was getting 4 people taken care of as compared to the rest of the crew, they were horrible. I had a great experience in returning my equipment, but you should have a station for returns only.
