Signed agrmt/paid in full $1470 for period 6/24-12/27.Canlced agmt 8/25. No pro-rated refund. File several claims for fridge repairs, garbage disp, never got the fridge fixed. Spent 4 days due to service call appts.Dealt with 2 cont'ors, paid for 2 svc calls, but no fix for the fridge. Made two AC claims, paid svce call,and out of pocket for svcs.

Desired outcome: Get reimbursement for 4 days off work @ $250/day; 4 service calls total: $300.00. AC Service $540 and Pro-rate agreement cancellation balance owed of $735.
