Chrysler/ Dodge review: 2018 dodge ram 1500 eco diesel 4x4

I had the VB1 recall done in 2021 on my 2018 eco diesel dodge truck, in September of 2023 it failed and cause my EGR Cooler and Intake Manifold to fail. My truck only has 147k miles on it. I take good care of my truck. After a month and a half of phone calls, loaner vehicles, and a lot of stress from my finance company the manufacture said they would only pay for the parts and I had to be responsible for the labor and the taxes. The parts are $1300 and the labor and taxes are $1900. This is un-business like and unprofessional. I love my dodge trucks, but the fact that I have to fight with the manufacture to get my truck fixed on their own part failure is unfair. We all make mistakes but it should be the makers responsibility to make it right. I really think that the manufacturer should have to pay the full amount to fix my truck, and other like me. I paid almost 50k for my truck, and with the recalls and such they should fix the parts that are messed up.
