On arrival to the gym, I was refused entry due to a issue with my credit card. I have been a loyal paying customer for 9 months and was met by unprofessional conduct by both the employee at the front desk and management. Due to the actions of others, I was unfairly characterized as someone who doesn't pay for services and embarrassingly denied entry. As 63 year old senior citizen I've never been met with such unprofessionalism and a lack of courtesy.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and update to training and code of conduct for management and employees.
