I have difficult veins and stated this to assistant supervisor on the donation floor. I said I have bad veins. She rudely said " what do you want me to do about it?" I said is there anyone who is good at getting my type of veins? No she said. Again very rude said " you people act like we dont see veins all day" Fished for vein 5 min later I bled n had to stop. Shook my head when she pulled it out she again rudely asked why I shook my head. Told her I wasn't getting stuck again. Donors close to me shook heads in shock due to her attitude and rudeness. May 20th at 7:43am Wyoming MI location
Claimed loss: Ive lost ability to donate since this was my second blood loss in 2 weeks from May 21- July 16 2026
Desired outcome: Assistant donation floor supervisor needs to be demoted from her position or fired. She is too rude to be dealing with donors or the public period! Wouldn't allow me to upload photos showing contusion to my arm
