I went to my local Culver's in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and went through the Drive thru. I received a salad with the incorrect dressing which I totally did not like. I did the survey and included that information. To my surprise, Mike (the Manager) actually emailed me and said he understood how dissappointing that is. What a nice surprise! I am definitely going to return to this restaurant. He also said he would send a coupon for a replacement salad. So refreshing to see that someone CARED! BRAVO Wisconsin Rapids Culvers!

Recommendation: Definitely GO to enjoy a great meal! Great service.
