Those that pick up or drop off medications from the window stayed in line for almost 2 hours while two people took their Covid test and turned in the Covid test at the window. There were more than 5 cars behind him, I did not understand, but they should have picked up their Covid test and went to the back of the line.

Desired outcome: The people should had picked up test, then went home or taken test in their car and got to the back of the line

Those that take a Covid-Test, need to pick up and leave the window outside because I sat in line for almost two hours to pick up one prescription. There were 5 cars behind me too. Some people do not have time to wait in the heat and do not have air conditioning. Please know that if anybody is doing a Covid test, it will be a while...
