The phone directory has prompts that are not applicable. Previously, you could look up information to find out whether a prescription was pending. Now when you call the number, no one picks up the phone and you are left holding for timeframes of 10 minutes or longer and then the phone is hung up. I finally used the prompt for the prescriber and staff was there and picked up the phone in two minutes. However, pharmacy staff member on October 5, 2021 10:45 hung up without answering question as to whether prescription for diabetes had been received and filled. If you do not want the business, there is always Walgreens or Walmart.
Desired outcome: Phone calls should be answered within 10 minute timeframes.
