Hi,
I picked up an $58 dollar order, the chicken wasn't done and the cole slaw was spoiled. I spoke with three manager at the 2146 Nostrand Ave location in Brooklyn, NY and they were very nasty and yelling. They refused to refund me my money and told me " to do what I got to do" . I'm truly disgusted with how they handled the situation, they completely turned it around on me like I served them the food. I had to through the whole platter in the garbage. I was just looking to receive a refund and it ended up in a yelling match. They need to do better those managers over there are too comfortable!
