I called in a reservation for 2 rooms on July 13 2019 at 5:50 pm, 1 w a small pet. She took all the usual information as well as credit card and email info. We were 90 miles away... when I got there, she only had 1 reservation for 1 room...then said I can get you a room but it will cost more. I asked to speak to a manager, which she said was unavailable and she wouldn't give me a name . She suggested I called a different phone than theirs, so I called the number and it rang to the front desk in front of me. I asked who was working before her( it would have been in the last hour) she said she didnt know! I never received an email for confirmation even though I gave her the address. What kind of games are these people playing w your hotel...I have never had anything like this happen and I stay in a lot of hotels!
Never staying at a days inn again!
