Purchased 2 new units 3 years ago and one of the outdoor units shuts down each day during the hot weather from approx 3 until 6 . Last summer they attended my property 3 times change several parts inc the fan motor and charged me $800 and the unit still shuts down. Contacted Lennox the manufacturer for assistance they are completely useless just keep on saying get a tech to look at it. Gave up last summer as weather cooled down. 2026 summer arrived and unit started shutting down. Called Del Air and told them DO NOT SEND TECH EXCEPT FOR BETWEEN 3and 6 in the afternoon. First day they said he would be here after 7 second day he turned up at 7.30. They seem unable to get anone here when the unit is not working.

Claimed loss: Looking to take them to small claims court. Sent them a letter 3 weeks ago and received no reply.

Desired outcome: A unit that works when its hot. Thats what a A C unit is supposed to do.
