At 9:45 a.m. today, June 14, 2026, my husband and I were watching a program on tv and a huge message appeared on our screen stating that we must call a certain phone number or push the account button because if we don't they are shutting us off. Over the last 7 days, we have received an email from Dish stating that they are going to shut off our service but never once did they say when. I had already made a payment arrangement to extend our due date but never received a response. I sent over 15 emails to Dish with no response. When we got this message on our tv screen I called Dish and the person I talked to was not only judgemental, but also committed elder abuse on me and was discriminatory because I am disabled. I am in tears and don't know what to do. He kept offering free services but said he did not have the authority to honor my payment arrangement that would be two weeks from tomorrow. I need help.

Desired outcome: If they don't allow us to pay on June 29th without harassing us. We just want to have them come and get the equipment and we will move on. Thus the monetary payment.
