On 22Mar26, I called DISH to Cancel my service because of moving. I told the Rep the date, 30 May26 to Cancel. The Rep wasn't interested in what I was saying. She just launched into her "Used car Salesman pitches" about deals, discounts, etc,etc. Kept telling her just wanted to Cancel, would decide on TV Service after got moved. She just kept going and going about the deals and ONLY "This price". Very rude. So finally told her would decide on servces later and to just Cancel on 30 May, as I requested. Still she refuse to HEAR me. So again told her Cancel Service on 30May, told her bye and hung up. Winthin seconds, she turned off ALL program Channels. My service was paid up and another payment was on the way, 18May. I started calling, sending Facebook Msg. Every call they told me, $58 to restore my PAID service. She did this out of spite,revenge because wouldn't commit to more DISH, NOW. Been with Dish about 13-14 years. Will NEVER have it again. I am 83 year old, 100% Disable Vet. The TV is my News, Entertainment and this Dish Minion just took it away..
Claimed loss: Whatever service cost was left and the $164.71 I had sent, paid for the next Billing period. And Dish trying to EXTORT $58 from me, to give my TV back.
