Dollar Tree review: management of store

Dollar Tree in Massapequa, NY needs new management. I try not to go in to that store because it's a disgrace. I live around the corner from it, but I will go out of my way to go to Dollar store in Levittown which is always neat and orderly and they always have several registers open at a time with no more than 2 or 3 people on any given line. Every time I do go to the Massapequa store, it looks like a warehouse. There are always boxes all over the place and nobody unloading boxes and the lines are ridiculous. I just went into the store to get a birthday card and there was 1 register open with a line of customers going down the center aisle. There must have been at least 20 people on line. You really need to do something with this store. The fact that I am willing to travel a distance to a different store, I'm sure there are probably others doing the same thing.
