Dollar Tree review: Store #2076 manager unprofessional

Walked into Dollar Tree on 11/30/2021 11:29
Heard 2 people cursing each other out about to get into a fight, found out it was a manager and customer.
This is ridiculous, need to teach your managers how to handle conflict.
Store suppose to be safe haven for customers to shop.
This is a shame. If a manager was having a problem with a customer, that manager should be able to deal with it tactfully if not call the police for customer to be removed from store.
I guess for that store, a security guard is needed.
