I was told my parcel would be delivered yesterday between 15-40 and 16-40, which is was and I was sat on my sofa watching tv, when i heard post come through the letter box. It was the card from your driver to say there was no one in so he could not deliver it. He did not knock!
Today 15:50ish he delivered it straight to my neighbour although I'm in, and when I opened the door and caught him he denied everything, saying he did knock yesterday and today. He told my neighbour he rang my bell, I DONT HAVE A BELL!
It is not the first time I have had this problem with your drivers. I will be reporting it to the customer as well.

Desired outcome: train your drivers how to knock a door so people can hear it and instruct them the need to wait longer than 5 seconds for someone to answer it.
