I been having many leaks on my roof going into the attic and already had one interior damage to a ceiling I notified dr Horton and they claim they dont repair or reimburse for damages recently I had another leak I went into the attic and noticed sun coming through the roof into the attic I moved the shingle I can see the light coming through and noticed a hole about 12x12 square opening covered by shingles . I promptly called a roof inspector and apparently in his finding the hole was not covered properly opened and dr Horton just covered it with shingles I have had many leaks, a roof should last 20 years I have done 4 repairs at my expensive . The plastic vents were all lose and not bolted and I just replaced 7 more. Dr Horton rep seem to brush off my concerns

Claimed loss: I have paid over 8000 dollars for repairs especially this last one with a big hole covered by shingles

Desired outcome: Either reimbursement or replace the roof which I been complaining about almost every year
