Dunkin' Donuts review: bad place to work ( 1 comment)

I started working at this store on Dec. 31, 2012. Ever since I started there the manager always had to change or fix or redo the schedule like every day. This caused a lot of people confusion on when they were supposed to come to work. One day when i was not at work she changed my hours and did not inform me. When i did not show up for work she fires me! Then she has another employee there that will swear at customers and other employees and is very rude to everyone around her and is very loud when speaking. They still have her employed after getting complaints online from customers on how rude she was to them and yet she is still working there. I lose my job over a honest mistake and a confusion on schedule and she keeps her job over being very rude to multiple customers and multiple employees.
