Today is saturday october 11, at 10:30 am.this store is located on syracuse univarsity campus, on saturdays there are always sport games that ate scheduled days an even months in advance.the store manager is never here on saturdays the stores most busy day of the week, the store manager never has enough staff to handle these types of crouds so the customers suffer poor poor service! the staff are always untrained young kids left with no proper leadership to run one of the most popular coffee house on the campus.the staff that works under the manager liz.try there hardest to serve the crowd they are left to deal with.not only is this totally unfair to the customers but its totally unfair to these young employes working for alot less than what that manger makes an they

Walked into dunkin donuts on the blvd with a coupon and handed it to Rachel employee she was very rude about not taking it was very rude with her tone. I will never go to this store again I've been coming here for five yrs now and one employee ruined it . Terrible service terry and bonnie
I went to the register and the lady names Mary said what do u want. I began telling her my order two iced coffees and a doughnut. She sad come on stop let me ring it in. Then she continued being rude. I tried my I iced coffee and I got a mouthful of sugar it tasted like I dumped 10 sugar packets in my mouth. I went back in and told her about it while appologizing for complaning.she grabbed them off the counter and said well take ur straws out. I waited at the counter while she talked about me to hero workers ( I could hear her) then slid the drinks at me.they were still loaded with sugar. I will never go there again !

When an employee has problems or concerns about the store an you go ask your employer for help an he cant even answer tells you he'll check it out..never gets back to you. when you keep complaining they tell you to quite ur bi**hing.you get your hours an pay cut... thats what happens when you work everyday, stay late, an help when its needed..nice way to treat dependable workers.
dagnabbit ### kangaroo balls. i swear when i ordered a blueberry flavored latte, it tasted like the employees had gone and taken turns pissing in the cup and filled it with horse diarrhea. goddam dunkin donuts to hell.
Today I was craving a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Dunkin Donuts, so I went to get one. As I was in the drive thru the employee taking my order was blasting music through the microphone and had a rude attitude towards what I had ordered. When I asked for a medium pumpkin spice latte with sugar and whipped cream she confirmed my order and said "Just pull up for your coffee". As I got to the window she never told me how much it would be and looked at me and said I'll take your cash now.After she then handed me a black coffee. I never had such horrible service at a dunkin donuts before.
Today I got a coffee at the drive through in North Chicago on MLK Memorial Drive. And for the 4th time this month, though I had emphasized no sugar in my order, I came home and took a sip and it's got sugar. On top of that I had to wait for several minutes due to slow drive through time...just for them to get my order wrong!
You've never had a cake donut from Dunkin' I guess. It IS spices. I'm a baker at Dunkin' and it is a part of the batter. It just comes that way. It's like complaining that poppy seeds look like mites. Are you serious? LOL!
It had always been a treat to go to DD for donuts, muffins...even the menu expansions like the flatbread sandwiches were terrific, when they were first introduced. Now the food is atrocious--small, stale, unappealing and completely unsatisfying. While the size and quality has declined tremendously, the price has increased significantly. At 9pm last evening, my son came out of a boy scout meeting and asked if we could get a DD donut for a snack. The donut shelves had one double chocolate donut, a few jelly donuts and a few sad, glazed donuts...the shelves were almost completely empty. If a store is open round the clock, then how does the regional baking and scheduled delivery possibly respond to the customer demands of an individual store...the food is stale no matter what hour of the day. It is now worth the time and effort to go far out of the way to get donuts at an alternate bakery or even the grocery store because the experience of a DD donut is always a disappointment. Tragic, considering what DD used to offer.
Hi my name is january work in the dunkin donuts on howard in chicago im a good employee we got a nrw boss by the name of sara she rude and she don't kno how to speak to her workers she doesnt do any work at all she took two hours from me do i only have four hours and she Made me take a break i only get four hours why am i taking a break i asked for a transfer but liz steady making excuses toward transferring me i stay south please help
