I am filing a complaint against eDreams regarding an unauthorized charge of €99.99 on 02/05/2026 for EDREAMS PRIME ANNUAL ESP BARCELONA. I did not subscribe or give consent to any membership. I contacted support three times but received no response. I request immediate cancellation a full refund and confirmation that no further charges will be made

Desired outcome: I request immediate a full refund of €99.99 to my original payment method, written confirmation that no further charges will occur, and clarification of how the subscription was activated without my consent.
