All toilets were stinking of urine, sticky because of the urine, the floor and walls were filthy and sticky, the smell was unbearable. If I have a choice, I will never fly with Egypt Air again, I will advice my family and friends as well. As a Star Alliance Partner, this issue must be looked into, the air fare is competitive with other carriers, so how about offering professional service and make you customer happy and want them to support you?
