They take all info for simple tag transfer, and tell you to pay $159. Then they keep delaying and saying they need more info, when there is no more info.
Then they will not refund $159. Next, they need $509.95 to complete transaction? When I called DMV, and told the representative I was dealing with ETags, the Lady laughed, and told me the process and cost to handle properly.

Recommendation: Stay Away! Look at BBB
