The problem is that the car was delivered on a Sunday when there was no employee to receive the vehicle, and the vehicle is in a public parking lot. How can you claim that I was the one who damaged the vehicle? And I did not make this scratch.
It feels unfair because the customer has no way to properly confirm the condition of the vehicle at the moment of return.
