I purchased a 2021 Camaro ZL1 on April 14, 2026 from Exotic Motors in Rolling Meadows, IL as an out‑of‑state, sight‑unseen buyer, trusting their photos, descriptions, and supposed “inspection.” The car was delivered to me, and what showed up was nothing like what they represented. It had major undisclosed problems that no honest dealership would miss.
The car arrived with structural damage inside the quarter panel, unsafe hacked wiring, a burning electrical smell, a suspension warning, a broken camera fin, and a misaligned front bumper. NONE of this was disclosed before the sale. These are not small issues — these are problems you hide on purpose.
The car had wheel locks installed on it but they didn’t provide the wheel‑lock key. The emergency key in the fob wasn’t even cut. They claimed the car had a fresh oil change, but the oil light came on immediately and the oil was filthy. Then I received a toll violation because they took my Florida plate and never returned it, even after multiple requests.
After the sale, the dealership completely disappeared.
Calls ignored.
Texts ignored.
Emails ignored.
The salesman Sandro and their finance manager vanished.
They didn’t pay off my trade‑in on time, which triggered delinquency alerts from my lender. I have full documentation — photos, emails, the contract, the payoff amount, and the toll violation.
To make things even worse, they posted a fake 5‑star Google review under my name without my permission. Google removed it for violating authenticity rules. That alone shows exactly how this dealership operates.
This entire experience has been nothing but lies, misrepresentation, and total lack of accountability. They were friendly before the sale and vanished the second they had my money.

Recommendation to Future Customers
Avoid this dealership completely. They misrepresent vehicles, hide major problems, ignore customers after the sale, and even resort to fake reviews. If you value your money or your sanity, stay far away from Exotic Motors.
