I am formally reporting my experience at Extended Stay America – Shawnee Mission in Merriam, KS.
Before arriving, I confirmed that my accommodation was available and was assured everything was sorted. However, upon arrival I was informed there were no rooms available, which left me stranded unexpectedly.
When the manager became involved, the situation worsened instead of being resolved professionally. The handling of this matter caused significant distress, inconvenience, and additional hardship.
I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident, along with appropriate resolution regarding my booking, refund, and the treatment I received.
Desired outcome: Manager threatened me never to book from the facility again even after how trrribly and unprofessional he treated me
