FairShake review: At&t identity theft

Continuing from a previous complaint just filed but not completed. 'port transport dispute team complaint & 260427-000206. My phone number was given to an identity thief due to the gross negligence, incompetance and malice? Of at&t"s customer service. It's been over 30 days since the complaint was filed with no resolution or even communication. Phone number was stolen on or about 23apr26; I filed a complaint with the local store as soon as I realized what had happened. At&t online customer service is nonexistant; everything is ai, & its impossible to get thru to speak to a real person, make statements or ask questions
