Family Dollar review: Customer service

I visited the family dollar on Easley bridge rd Greenville sc on 03/16 at 530 pm, the manager on duty refused to check me out due to she was about to take a freaking smoke break. Plus when I stated that she could have checked me she stated she had other things to do but yet goes outside for a smoke break. She also stated I could get out of her store. I am confused that she owned FAmily DOllar I assumed she was a work someone to represent the company Horrible example of a manager
