Family Dollar review: dairy case / dumpster trash

I wrote in this very same concern a few months ago. I own property adjacent to this store. The gate to the dumpster is broken and trash blows all over the adjacent neighborhood. This happened previously and was repaired but now broken again. The trash is out of control and blows all over my property due to the strong coastal south winds. The doors to the dumpster and gates are often left open causing trash to blow off your property.
Another problem I do not understand is the dairy case. It was previously out of service for over 2 months. It was finally repaired and only worked for a couple of weeks. It has been out of service now for about a month. There are only 2 places in this town to buy milk. Since I can walk to your store I prefer shopping there. Since your dairy case is out, they can only cram a limited supply of milk in the adjacent case causing out of stocks most of the time and they don't even carry 2% due to this problem, which I use. When I have to go to the other store along with all your other customers we end up picking up other items so we won't have to make 2 stops.
The real concern is that we have another Dollar store coming to town and this dairy case problem is leaving a bad impression to your customers.
Your store has polite hard working employees especially the manager. He is always polite and working hard. Why won't corporate support this store and the employees? Are you planning to close this store or what? Why would the dairy case be ignored like this?
