The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

No men are giving a position as managers ... Or they are discouraged (esp. African-Americans), this unfair policy has been enforced by The FAMILY DOLLAR chain, for years! And numerous of other discrimination reports/lawsuits/complaints have been filed against the company- ACROSS THE COUNTRY!

Men are given manager positions. I was an assistant manager for one for 6 months, the district manager was a male. Trust me, there is no discrimination. And no, you don't need much qualifications, they pretty much give it to anyone.
