Family Dollar review: getting full refund back

Im being charged to much...once I looked over my receipt as i was sitting in my car outside the family dollar off 4712 Yellowstone blvd..store #11499...and the amount of money I gave to the cashier was not adding up...so when I went into the store the lady didn't give me back full refund of $11.85..she gave me only $9.61..and i was like where's the rest of my money that this refund said to give back to me ...she took my digital coupons and didnt load them back into my phone number i provided to her...n she didn't give me money back for my rubberbands...thanks please call me at [protected]...so I have my issue resolved she the cashier told me to call corporate office ...i wrote on my return receipt she didn't give me back my full refund of $11.85 ...i put $9.61...im loss of my items I was trying to purchases but was over charged..now I lost my digital coupon and my money ...
