Fantastic Sams Cut & Color review: stylist, customer service, sanitary conditions & stand by product

I went to this salon & the manager cut my hair, who has done for about a year now. I had to wait 45 minutes (the salon was dirty & all products dusty & out of date). I hadn't had a cut for 3 months so I waited? I didn't recognize her, because she was so cute the last time I saw her & her hair looked terrible & she looked so ugly & unhappy! (she even told a customer she didn't like her hair). She sawed off my hair within 5 minutes, so they could close the till & take my money- Wham-Bam-Thank-You-Mam! just like she always did & I gave her my $30.00 to totally cut against the growth pattern of my hair & chop into me like I was a pig @ the slaughter house. She said me it was my fault because I have challenging hair & a growth pattern that doesn't fit into today's "cookie cutter" style that they can "bang" out 5 minutes & get your money. Multiply the money by an 8 hour day! She was nicer when she was cuter...be very careful if you are really cute, nice & friendly. They will take it all away from you and tell you it's your fault! The stylist's at the shop are really mean girls, & I don't get it, cause none of them are pretty, cool or nice. The hair cut this manager gave me hurts worse than a shoulder reconstruction I had & they said they can do whatever they want to anyone & nobody can do anything about it, They won't give me the name of the salon owner, but we know how mean girls act (smile in your face-back stabber). I can't change what happened to me, Oh - grow it out -it's your fault -you always have trouble with your hair (she kept telling me this-but I've people look at the cut who say she was abusive) -- Run Away Fast - Especially if you are pretty, cute & perky. They are not a very attractive salon & they don't want anyone walking walking away pretty, because they are all so ugly!
