Call menu is confusing, won't actually help and has a pre-recorded sentence saying that you can do it on the website, which is false, and was put on hold, where I was then disconnected from call. Has happened almost every time I call, and the only times i've ever had luck I had to go through the incorrect channels for them to then connect me to the right person. The reason I was calling this time was so I can ask them about not discontinuing service to the hospital I had to get treatment for a recently discovered tumor, and not only was I not successful in this task but I had wasted roughly 2 hours trying to navigate the phone call
