Fidelis Elite Systems review: Overpriced

Scam artists, and I fell for it, don't pay this much for a system. The system is not nearly worth $9K. I have had it for 3 months, although it does soften the water it was sold as a refiner, which it's not, it's purely a softener. The deal with soaps from Pure & Gentle is a total sham, it's a lifetime supply but only if they feel it's correct, though the team have sent me more soaps it still doesn't warrant the price tag. Unfortunately, nothing much I can do it seems as I had signed the agreement. The way this was also introduced through my mailbox saying an urgent parcel is ready for collection.
