NEGITIVE 100 Stars...Worst customer service I have ever experienced ANYPLACE! If you want to get things done go someplace else.
Had a total loss on a vehicle and had a loan with them, they REFUSED to send documentation needed to the insurance company for payout for over 2 weeks. Meanwhile no car as rental runs out when they total the vehicle. Begged and pleaded daily and they refused to answer calls, emails and letters. Seemed to be out of spite. NO CARE FOR the CUSTOMER. Any other bank provides request within 24-48 hours and does not put the customers life, job and family in jeapordy because they do not want to take 5 minutes to send a prewritten letter as requested. WORTHLESS and has lost a life long customer. ALL accounts have been closed, credit cards cancelled. Will pay more for interest someplace that gives a Rats XXX

I am reporting fraudulent and unauthorized charges made by your company (Base44/BAS44). You withdrew $50 twice per month from my account without my permission. These charges are fraudulent for the following reasons:
I never signed up for any recurring payments.
Your site was closed/non-operational during the time you continued charging me.
I have chat records showing your representatives promised a refund.
You never issued the refund, despite acknowledging the issue.
These withdrawals were made without consent, and I am demanding:
A full refund of all unauthorized charges
Written confirmation that all billing is permanently canceled
A written explanation of how these charges were allowed to occur“These are unauthorized recurring charges of $50 twice a month. I never agreed to recurring billing. The company admitted in writing they owed me a refund, and they continued charging after the site was closed. This is fraud, not a merchant dispute.”
