Financeit review: Never again will I ever get a loan

Through Xcel we financed heat pump repair and another loan for new heat pump. We consolidated with our bank and they paid out both loans and they just keep asking for more payments, we have called them and our bank to confirm all is paid. Still says we owe them.

Xcel is great company but their finance company is a rip off and the staff are lacking intelligence and from reviews I have read these type of situations keep happening.

Always a good idea to review companies before signing with them.
