We ordered delivery from the 3707 Ellison Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114 location Sunday, April 3, 2026. The was delivered promptly BUT was missing a brownie and even worse, the "loaded potato soup" had gone bad. I called the location to let them know, especially about the soured soup so that other customers would not be served the item. They said to contact Firehouse's Corporate offices with regard to a refund and the product that had gone bad.

Claimed loss: Loaded potato soup, bowl $4.99Brownie $2.99

Desired outcome: Refund
