Flowgoat Inc review: Misleading AI marketing, dishonest representation, unethical review suppression and unprofessional internal operations

I am submitting this complaint based on direct, daily firsthand observation of Flowgoat (Oct–Nov 2024). I have no business relationship, employment, or purchase history with the company; this is a factual witness account.

Flowgoat falsely markets itself as a professional AI company with advanced proprietary technology and a formal office environment. In reality, core operations are run from a residential setting with inconsistent hours and minimal professionalism. The company’s AI offerings rely primarily on publicly available tools with little to no custom development.

During a public networking event at Miso Teriyaki House (Johnson City, Oct 2024), Derek Baker (Flowgoat) fabricated my identity as an official company intern to enhance credibility before local business owners. This was entirely untrue.

After I shared a truthful experience on Trustpilot (Nov 2024), Flowgoat engaged in deliberate review suppression, repeatedly flagging the review with false defamation claims (all rejected by Trustpilot). The company later altered its Trustpilot profile and posted exaggerated 5-star reviews to manipulate perception.

This complaint documents observed facts, not personal opinion. Flowgoat prioritizes misleading marketing and reputation control over transparency, accountability, and ethical business conduct.
