Garcinia Essentials review: Fraud

I took advantage of a free trial offer for a bottle of Garcinia which was totally free apart from the £4.49 postage and package.
I received the product with no problem. However on 14th May 2014 an amount of £89.95 was taken from my bank account and the same amount of £89.95 was taken from my bank account on 13th June 2014. i have proof of the transaction, I have since written to my Bank, to the UK and USA ombudsman, Nutralogistics and Whatchdog. Unfortunately nobody os wiling to take any action and i really do not want to take it to legal tribunal. Would you be able to advise how i can help to stop this company (i have knowledge of lots of other people of experiencing the same thing) and how i could get my money back.
