I will never shop at gardner white again. I purchased dining room chairs and the warranty. I called for service 3 weeks ago and followed all procedures required by submitting photos to the warranty company as instructed. I was told someone will contact me to set up appoint after I emailed photos. A week went by and still no contact. So I called again and was told that I would be contacted. After 2 1/2 weeks I still received no call. So again I called back and was told I would be contacted in 24-72 hours. Well that time came and went and still no call. Contacted the store on groesbeck in warren, mi. I was told that no one could come out until december 27th. Unacceptable service! So now I am going to have to buy chairs so that my family can have christmas dinner at the table. However, paying for a warranty that does nothing is a problem! Why sell something that clearly can't be accomodated. I am so disappointed that I trusted doing business with your company. But not a mistake I will make again. It should not take a month to repair any piece of furniture. Horrible process & experience and should be addressed.
