On 8th May our company arrange shipment to Wentel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. We booked total 4 pieces under a tracking number. But they only deliver 1 pieces out of 4. After the customer raised this issue to us, we immediately contact GDEX customer service and GDEX bukit mertajam for the POD. The POD shows 4 cartons, but only 1 belongs to Bossard while the other 3 are from a different shipment. Our customer confirmed they received only 1 carton. MY37341640595

Desired outcome: Please arrange the delivery for the short pieces which is 3 carton
