I gave Doctor Lowell Stoltfus aDMV driver application form. He denied my request-“Quote —-The principle reasons would be slower reaction time and reduced mobility and flexibility. Both of these slow ones ability to react in an emergency.
I feel this is blatant age discrimination. Huge amount of older people drive with reduced ability but safely . The doctor knows my health condition but not my driving history or personal life. I drove over 50 years safely .
