Every single prescription that is filled here is billed wrong. I mean every one. Every time I show up to pick one up they say I owe money and I say no you have to run it through two insurances when people have two insurances and they say oh. Then I either stand and wait for half an hour or have to come back another day. This time I’m picking up medicine for my surgery that needs taken today and guess what once again oops we billed it wrong. Last time it was for blood pressure medicine that needed taken that day and they screwed up yet again and couldn’t even fill it for a week because they billed the whole thing wrong! I cannot wait until I change insurance at the end of this month I will never step foot in a giant eagle pharmacy again they are all clueless!
Desired outcome: Hire new people or shut it down because running it the way you do not only ruins giant eagles image but you put people lives in danger.

What happened to integrity and company loyalty. Now everything is about the mighty buck. Even on this women’s post an advertisement is added, although I’m not sure what it’s for. I tried to look for a job at Giant Eagle, but they’re using an outside web company so it’s not even Giant Eagle jobs. It’s frustrating and now I do not want to work for Giant Eagle. More is not always better.
