The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Misrepresentation - I was contacted and told lies in order to pay for what I now know is marketing of my time share.

I have filed complaints with Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, the Florida Trade Commission plus Lawyers and Settlements. I haven't stopped yet. I will continue to file complaints any where I can. People need to be warned.

If you’d like to do the same, which wouldn’t hurt if enough people file complaints with the State it can only work in our favor, just contact me, I’ll be happy to provide you with the web addresses.

Any one who's been a victim of these peoples shady business tactics should not sit by and do nothing! My goal is to create enough stink and find others that want to bring these guys to a halt, hopefully, put them out of business bringing a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against them.

If you have been swindled by GMAC TD please contact me, I know if we join together something will have to be done. Just email me at [protected]@gmail.com the more the better. Once I have the ammunition to fulfill my goal "THE CLASS ACTION SUIT" at least there we'll have a possibility of recuperating our money. Otherwise, we can turn blue filing complaints and still have no monetary gain.

I will be e-mailing dalisemails@gmail.com because I am hopeful that a class action lawsuit against GMAC TD will definitely be initiated. I, too, was swindled by this company. I signed on with GMAC TD in August of 2009 and they have not provided me one single renter for my timeshare. I want my money back. As I'm sure many others do. I encourage others to take action. There's strength in numbers.

I believe a lot of people have been ripped off by these people, but do you really think you can do anything about it? I will go sign up against them if it would do any good.

I notice the address you have is 5389 Kirkham Rd, I also had a problem with this Company, but the address is diffrent I have 4630 Kirkham Rd, and the phone # is also diffrent [protected] looks like they seem to move a lot.
