Goda Perfume review: Paid order never received

I ordered and paid for 163.23 dollars worth of product on 3/12/26. It was advertised that the products would be shipped in 3-5 business days. After many emails I finally requested to cancel my order and be reimbursed my money. There was no reply, my order was canceled with no refund. I would like to be reimbursed. Order #GP1926835. I just received an email showing an invalid tracking number, even though I canceled my order.
