Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing review: Goettl admitted lying to me to cover the bad job they did

I had nothing but issues with Goettl's installation of ductwork. I kept calling Goettl to report issues, and they would come out and tell me everything was fine. I wrote the owner and managers asking for help, and all they would do is send some kid out to tell me everything was fine. It wasn't until I filed a complaint at the Nevada State Contractors Board that they admitted the installation was bad, ripped everything out, and started over. Had I not filed a complaint at the NSCB, I would still be lied to. The new installation has issues. They sent new people to install, two men said they got sick and vomited, and had to leave for the day. When Goettl said they were done, I said great, I will call the City of Las Vegas Building Department for an inspection, and Goettl said they needed to come back to do more work after they said they were done! Everyone I told what happened told me they also had issues with Goettl. Goettl lied to me for two years until I filed a complaint at the NSCB that they admitted they were liars and the work was bad! I have more to explain but you get the idea. After they replaced the ducts, I still have problems. Goettl came out a third time and said I needed it replaced a third time, but a woman in the main office said to wait until the floors are in before they come back. Yes, that is what they said. In the meantime, I have three HVAC companies come out to look at the system, I did not tell them what I have been through and they said this is a mess. I can't post photos as they are incompatible. But the duct work is wrapped around wood beams and there are many issues. This is what one company said after inspecting:
Performed inspection of hvac system and ductwork. Sytem is improperly designed, too many returns were added. Static pressures were unrecognizable.
The system has a 2018 R410 A condenser which is no longer being produced equipment 2025 last year and refrigerant is being phased out by 2030.
The design done to this duct system will never work.
In my 27 years of experience I have witnessed a lot of mistakes on other installs not performed by us., this is in my top 5 worst.
There will also be additional drywall repairs to fix due to improper returns duct system is set up like a poorly installed commercial building and is pulling more air in than it can push out'[R6 ductwork was used, when R8 is what most contractor use especially on new builds.
The evaporator coil is the wrong type plenum coils that a supply plenum is being used, needs to be Cased coils with supply box. The original return needed to be upsized is what we suspect and new design for the R8 duct system would consist of more individual runs [called home runs]
That is what all three said. Stay away from Goettl
