Goggles4U.com review: Glasses and defective lenses

I bought glasses in December 2025. They arrived and looked NOTHING like advertised. Cheap and not worth keeping. They offered to replace the glasses and sent an equally dissatisfying pair. When asked for a refund snd shipping slip I was told I had to pay the over $10 shipping fee for subpar glasses. I elected to be stuck with them Instead of wasting more money and wear them since I cannot drive legally without glasses!
The pink pair lenses of the one eye has already started to peel iff on the front (I’m assuming it’s their cheap anti reflective coating). It’s very hard to see and I called to ask for a replacement of the ONE lense - an easy and cheap fix they could do if they really wanted to retain customers. They gave me pathetic apologies and refused to help. I was told I can return then at my expense for a refund. The glasses are NOT worth the shipping fee!
I asked for a manager and somehow this guy is the manager. I asked for someone higher up and got another pathetic apology. I will NEVER order again. This company needs to be held accountable for their actions. THIS IS STEALING
